Omotola concentrates on all aspects of real estate law and is in particular frequently involved in acquisition, disposal and structuring of structured portfolios for Domestic and international investors.
She is also involved in setting up of joint ventures between investors, financing acquisitions, sale and leaseback transactions, real estate project development, as well as in negotiation of commercial leases.
